Update: barring last minute surprises we’ve found an amazing home for her with wonderful people 🥰

Hi folks; this is something I've been hesitant to post about since it's a very sensitive topic for me, but:

I'm moving out of the US later this year, and unfortunately for legal reasons I'll be unable to take my dog with me. All the rehoming services I've contacted are unable to take her in, so, I've made a little page about adopting her.

I’ve also edited the main post to reflect this, but: we’re scheduling a trial weekend* of her staying with some amazing people, and if there are no major surprises there, Melody has a better new home than I had dared to hope for 🥰

*they met her yesterday, but only for a couple hours

She reminds me of the pittie that I grew up with, who was also a sweetheart that loved everybody. I still miss her...  

Hoping Melody can find a good forever home, she deserves it.
