There are no solar panels in the photo you linked to.
If you scroll down about halfway through this article theres another image where the enormous amount of solar panels on the rooftops can be seen, so if it indeed is AI, it's making a fake out of a very real thing.

@Axomamma Not everything that seems impressive is automatically AI; even if the alt-right try to establish this opinion, even if there is real chance this photo is indeed generated: Sometimes it only needs a skilled photographer choosing the right angle.
