The single best marketing campaign for any film release was the 1989 Batman, the colours and logo still stand out nearly 40 years later and it's immediately clear as to which Batman film it relates.
@anon_opin As a teenager at the time, it took me *ages* to see the logo. It's a golden lobed ring, on a black background. Nothing to do with Batman. Still takes me a while even now.
@anon_opin I'd call it iconic. I knew which logo anon referred to even not having seen the film. (Although, that's more likely due to the Amiga 500 Batman Pack than anything else)
