@kevinrothrock no way! Are the European allies of Ukraine helping it with parts for the drone manufacturing in order for it to strike deep in Russia? Well, that only means one thing: we need to help it more

@kevinrothrock I wouldn't be the least surprised to see a EU strike to dissuade members from allowing #Ukraine to join the EU now that #Hungary is being realigned to something less fascist.

Sensitive control systems being exposed to the Internet? That's the kind of dangerous incompetence that's actually concerning.

Some of these politicians and business people would shut down the fire brigade cos there's nothing burning right now.

@RolfBly @lispi314 @kevinrothrock They already tried to sabotage Polish (https://cert.pl/en/posts/2026/01/incident-report-energy-sector-2025/ https://therecord.media/poland-electrical-grid-cyberattack-30-facilities-affected) and Swedish (https://techcrunch.com/2026/04/15/sweden-blames-russian-hackers-for-attempting-destructive-cyberattack-on-thermal-plant/) energy systems, and of course have been continuously carrying out cyberattacks against Ukraine since the start of the war (https://arstechnica.com/security/2024/09/us-charges-russian-military-officers-for-unleashing-wiper-malware-on-ukraine/) and indeed before (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2017_Ukraine_ransomware_attacks), so it's not clear how much cyber escalation potential is left

@lispi314 Honestly, I'm surprised that Moscow hasn't done more to harass the Europeans for all the military aid they send to Ukraine. The U.S. would have started bombing Berlin by now.

@kevinrothrock Russia has a GDP around that of Italy - Europe is 10+ times bigger.

Given Ukraine has been almost their equals, fighting Europe also would guarantee defeat.
