Tasted a lot of fermented Vietnamese #tea today. The tea master claimed that they are all soothing and calming even though some were only fermented for about a year.
I am very caffeine sensitive, so was suspicious, also since a lot of #puerh I have tried has a strong effect on me.
I am surprised now that I drank seven (!) kinds of tea (2-4 cups each) and barely feel any effect from caffeine.
