My morning run was an easy run on the beach with some exercises mixed in: squats, wall sits and step-ups.
I also scored a squadratinho in the dunes that had been looking at me for some time now. And the cherry on the cake was a beautiful pre dawn sky.

@KomarMajo it's a kind of game where you have to gather 200x200m squares by running into them. It's actually fun because you get to run in places where you wouldn't normally run.
