ALL 3 #NDA have been voided - so they can be 'more transparent' to the public - and yes, they have confirmed the projects will all be #DataCenters , but... won't say if they are #HyperScaler or not, nor do they have #FinalPlans to present, where they disclose all of their #resource #requirements , possible impacts on the #environment or local #infrastructure , nor any concrete details on expected future needs or expansions.

They have 316 acres, want even more, and have #ZeroPlans for rezoning.
