Oh, I have a friend who's autistic & probably ADHD who will start telling you about something that will have you scratching your head until you either work out for yourself what she's on about or ask her what she's on about.
She has a habit of forgetting to say the first sentence or two out loud. So, detailed but vague as to what she is on about 🤷😆.
