It is a little fuzzy what this means as it seems pretty unclear how any of this is supposed to be working. At first it was any ship that pays Iran a toll was going to be interdicted, while I think the current thing they are saying is just ships coming from Iranian ports.

It's vague, inconsistent, & constantly subject to change.

80% to 90% of all Iranian Oil exports go to China.... so I guess the trump blockage is not going to last long if China forces the issue
