and of course, in general, the recent rise in transmisogynist medical gatekeeping, and the resulting increasing reliance on grey-market distribution networks, means that conditions are ripe for scammers to take advantage of vulnerable girls.

I’ve even seen terf alt accounts point new trans girls to them. There’s a concerted effort to delay and deny us care while exploiting our needs and desires. It’s utterly disgusting.
