@sellathechemist The atmosphere is a resource that keeps on giving, when teaching thermodynamics - from latent heat transfer to crude models of hurricanes as Carnot cycles and phase diagrams of water-salt mixtures…; it is all there and so relevant for the everyday life (of undergraduates).
