That might be true, if the Democrats weren't completely complicit and working in lockstep with the Republicans for the last four decades.

Both parties are owned by the same oligarchs. Pretending that one is Good and the other is Evil just hands our future to the oligarchs again.

I had NOT notice “lockstep”, but I have lived contemporaneously during those decades, perhaps you have not. My mother was a labor activist (30s to mid 50s, both my parents served in WWII. My upbringing was atheist, antifascist, and politically, left wing Democrat. It was probably 10+ years ago that I began to realize that as a US voter, I was being given a choice between Fascist and Fascist-lite, and had been for quite some time.

I guess I’m an anarcho-syndicalist at heart, but I don’t actually know what that reality looks like. That’s OK, I’ll be dead. I’m really just an old hippie, more of a commune-ist than a communist. I spent a lifetime voting for the “least objectionable candidate”. So yeah, I loathe the DNC, and the fash-complicit Dems, the oligarch-compromised Dems, the genocide-complicit Dems, and the entrenched Democratic gerontocracy that they support. And fuck the patriarchy.
