After reading about the ARRL shenanigans I can’t help but wonder if somebody needs to tip off the IRS and the state that the nonprofit is registered in.

I’m pretty sure what they’re doing is criminal are darn close to it and perhaps if the Attorney General looked into it, they might find some clarity.

@HopelessDemigod @k4fmh has suggested doing this. I think for this to happen, someone has to be really committed to pursuing this, and it's just a lot easier to quit the #ARRL and let them wither away.

The IRS actually has a form to file a complaint about a 501c3 non-profit not being in compliance with their guidance. I’ve laid the breadcrumbs for some non compliance at K4FMH.com. See https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f13909.pdf
