Also, can someone figure out how to opt-out of the Social Media Channel bot? I would like it to not boost my post. I would imagine you need to add a #nobot to the profile?

(This is why I didn't throw the #!mastodon hashtag here btw)

@NovemDecimal Not sure but I assume so? Or you can block the bot if you don't care for that one particular bot and don't want to follow it either

I don't know if you got the ping, so I'll respond here

I made a separate thread and mentioned the #!socialmedia and #!mastodon hashtags, and I have the #nobot on my profile.

Unfortunately, it did not respect the #nobot tag. I ended up blocking the entire newsmast.community domain.
