Good people of Mzansi, if you happen to have a Nexxt ‘CAT-6’ LAN cable, it might be a good idea to give it a quick check or replace it.
This morning, while I was updating OpenWRT, I noticed that the connection to my NC Server only shows up as 100 Mbps, even though I have a gigabit router and everything else is showing as 1 Gbps.
I swapped out the cable, and guess what? It now shows up as 1 Gbps, and everything is blazing fast!
