i try to emphasize good news

and if i can't do that i try to emphasize anger over sadness

but there's nothing i can do about this bit of news except be depressed:

essentially, #globalWarming, the #climateCrisis, is breaking up the ice the #emperorPenguin depends upon to raise its young, and this is resulting in mass killings of their young now

@benroyce I saw that and had to catch my breath. Just horrific what we are doing to our planet AND the actual physical suffering people and creatures are experiencing as we do it.
