@ObsidianUrbex this is a first prototype of a "walking machine" by the british inventor Sir Alfred Tobias-Ambrosius Theios Ashton-Tate. His invention became at a later point in history -and another galaxy- the infamous AT-AT walking machine. Named after his initials.
