Your question lacks enough context to give a good answer. How old is your daughter? How impacted is she by her autism? (it's a wide spectrum!) How much does she already know (you're talking tests, so I assume you've talked about what those were for?)
My answer would probably go in the direction of not so much "telling her that she's autistic", but talking about ideas to improve your everyday life based on that knowledge, and talking about how other people are different and how that might affect her.
@mdione although autism gets diagnosed, many autistics argue that it's a fundamental part of what and how they *are*, not a "disease that you have". I would make that the basis of how you talk about it. You're different from the majority, so what "everybody" assumes how to live your life might not apply to you. But there are many others like you.
