Found some fossils while road-tripping, they're literally scattered around the town of Republic, WA. Some sort of flora, they're from the Eocene Okanogan Highlands formation, from an ancient lake bed, 50 million years ago. Link with more info in replies. #Fossils #AltText

@CatherineBabault I kept those, you don’t have to report them, they’re are literally all over the area, even along the roads in town. The best fossil beds in Republic are operated by a non-profit interpretive center, I think you have to pay a small fee to collect there. It’s called the Stone Rose site.
