Oh sweet summer child - no you are not. In brevis: Iran now operate the Straits as their toll gate and set conditions of passage, have quadrupled the price of their oil revenue. They lost of a lot of outdated military hardware that clearly was not much use to their more asymmetric posture sure but the regime is renewed with new leadership and are battle hardened. All in all they seem to be in good shape.
