@grickle there is a boardgame for this scenario: Magic Maze. You play an adventuring party trying to steal equipment in a laborinth like department store. The trick is that everybody can move every character but you only have one to three moves per player (So one player can only move north or take elevators for example). It gets quite hectic and has no round system just as fast as your group can take actions against the clock. Oh and you can't talk.
