**Pop-Up Protest**- No Wars! · Mobilize

**Description:** SMCMD Indivisible has implemented an effective strategy in organized sustained resistance to the authoritarian regime. We will be hosting regularly occurring, pop-up protests EVERY THURSDAY 3:30-5:30, with rotating locations. **Date:** Thursday, April 9 **TIME:** 3:30-5:30 **LOCATION:** Corners of Point Lookout Rd and Flat Iron Rd (parking near corners and the Great Mills Canoe and Kayak launch) **MESSAGE:** NO WARS! **GOAL:** Remind people that the POTUS campaigned on not starting any new wars and aimed to stop on-going conflicts yet he has started an illegal war under false pretenses. His irrational actions have thrown the the Middle East into chaos that is causing global economic fallout. *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
