Afghanistan 🇦🇫The Ministry of Irrigation, Livestock and Animal Husbandry and the Helmand Committee signed a cooperation agreement in Kabul for the project “Enhancing Sustainable Livelihoods and Strengthening Value Chains in the Face of Climate Change in Afghanistan.”
