@pitrh Google and Microsoft blocking valid email from small senders happens all the time. It is indeed a delusion if they think their spam filter works well. If they were serious about spam, they would block each other and then crack down on their own users. They produce a massive amount of spam each.

@ClickyMcTicker In my personal experience, at least during the last handful of years, MSFT has been easier to inbox at and easier to deal with in general.

Reasoned, expletive-free messages seem to get human-originated responses there.

Then again, my smallish sample could be less than representative of the whole.
