Anthony DavidMaybe the rooster is the problem. Elvis and Priscilla (silky bantam pair) were sort of an item, but Elvis was a bit of a turn off in the courtship department. Once Elvis left the scene (sad story), Petruchio came to the rescue, and wooed Priscilla in a true romantic way, producing a successful clutch.
@adavid The rooster wasn't mine. I bought breeding eggs specifically. They say they successfully hatched others from the same pairing. We will see.
