'Man/men abused toddler', one assumes. If you can't name them or have to add 'allegedly', ok... Wish journalists (well, headliners) would stop erasing perpetrators.

@leeloo @DemocracyMattersALot how horrible :( in any case, of course. But that the places create rapists as well as victims (as most forms of incarceration do)
