Emily VelascoI just learned that North Yemen was southwest of South Yemen. I always assumed that North Yemen was the one to the north.
Locally, we have Covina and West Covina. West Covina is mostly south of Covina.

@MLE_online It doesn't remotely portray the town in a bad way. Though I do recall jokes about how far away from the beach it is.
