Daniel Carosone@SeaFury they passed behind the moon through LOS, and then through a solar eclipse where they got to describe seeing the sun's corona and regular impact flashes on the surface. All very exciting and descriptive and emotional, but we are yet to see any of the pictures taken, they're coming down the link now.

There had been a military inquiry, Brereton Report (2020), that found credible information that war crimes had occurred and referred 36 matters to the AFP

It is incredibly difficult to prove criminal responsibility - the defendant is afforded every opportunity... the victims are victimised all over again
The principle of "it is better to let a guilty man go free than imprision an innocent man" (or kill in the olden days of capital punishment)
