Upgrading from 220+ to 224+ - what am I missing?

This should be simple.... and it isn't as much of an upgrade as the 220+ will be used for offsite tasks. In theory I should be able to swap drives from 220 > 224, boot and be up and running on the 224... BUT not the case. Swapping drives, unable to access squat through ethernet or network. If...
