Posts have 3 permission options:
- yes
- no
- if poster approves.

I don't like the 3rd option, since a quoter can't tell if its going to work or not. I'm not sure I can even tell if it was eventually approved.

What should've happened is that a bunch of tobacco execs should've been imprisoned in the late 60s/70s and that would be the end of that. Instead, they delayed long enough to retire rich.
