AO SmithLots of Meyer lemons are quite ripe now. I decided to make a batch of marmalade.
Post-canning. I just tasted the dregs that didn't make it into the jars again this morning and it has good flavor and is nicely jelled. 😋 The color is a little light but to my eye still generally attractive enough
