@backtoanalog I've never tried before! I am still relatively new to fountain pens and was worried that they'd explode or leak while on an airplane. 🫤
If a pen is completely full - chances of leaking are very small - no air to push the ink out. That being said, the safest pen ful of ink to take on airplane is a vacuum filler with a shutoff valve. Other wise, just carry empty pens and traveling ink well. Or just tightly sealed ink samples in a zipped up plastic bag and you'll be fine.😊
