Ross of OttawaA batch of #sourdough bread is prepped and I'm waiting for it to do its thing.
Actually it could go a little longer I think, but the texture is pretty good already.
Hope to go from sacrilegious to sacrilicious this morning.
I left it a bit late last night, so had to pop the #sourdough batch into the fridge, and got it out again this morning.
Loaves just formed up, and should bake before noon.
Delayed sourdough completed. I kind of jerked these guys around a bit with the unscheduled delays but they should be edible alright regardless.
