The updated push is because for a few years now a loophole in the regs allow for thc derivative products which are widespread but pres %*##*& head, at the 11th hour in a spending bill cut that with a 1 yr grace. Many many people who self medicate would be left with nothing. Then the revenue, then next door its legal. It is damn well time.
