I’m thinking about #Hz #MS and #BPM in the sense of creating music and digital delays for animation that will most likely be created and viewed via computer, and am wondering about the modern level of accuracy involved if a monitor is said to be 120 hz 60 hz 30 hz, given I was raised watching NTSC TV where the 60 hz refresh rate was actually 59.94 hz for reasons of possible electrical power grid interference.
