@markstos @yy There’s a shopping center with a grocery store and I ride my bike there often. So do many other people, judging by how many bikes I see there. But they don’t have bike racks. We have to lock our bikes to No Parking signs and stuff.

@MisuseCase @yy Sometimes in those situations I walk in to politely tell an appropriate seeming person that I’m here as a customer, I’ve locked my bike to a tree, and is there some bike parking I’ve missed?

I can’t say for certain this has ever manifested a bike rack but I like to think if they meet enough customers arriving by bike face to face, something might happen.
