In the UK alone, every person, adult or child, subsidizes car drivers to the tune of £800/year, whether they themselves drive or not. That's the current cost of infrastructure and public services used by cars and their drivers.

@albertcardona Indeed. The lack of initiatives beneficial to humanity and progress is usually caused by the same old thing: money. And too many politicians are moldable by that.
