The centrists and neoliberals failed to make anyone's life better, told everyone to put your face in there, eat that whole ass, and if you complain the worse fascists will win.

Trudeau almost handed Canada over to the far right, Starmer is going to hand the UK to the lunatic right, France avoided disaster by luck.

@tadbithuman @arrrg Exactly that too. I'd feel a lot less bad about the future if everyone stopped for a minute and admitted that they did wrong, maybe even try to do less wrong in the future as a strategy.
That doesn't seem to have been the key takeaway, though. They're just going to do it again.
