I personally think that the #ACLU, #HumanRightsWatch and other civil rights groups should sue #Congress and #SCOTUS to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

Yes, I agree that Vance is utterly contemptible, spineless, mendacious (pick your adjective) but (and this might be a stretch), I think he is less reckless than Trump.
