New alpha versions of BlendLuxCore have been released recently, the add-on that adds the fabulous LuxCore renderer to Blender.

If you don't know it yet, I'd recommend checking out LuxCore. It's an advanced realistic renderer available for Blender and other 3D editors. I love it.
