I had an after supper nap, and you know how that goes? 4 hours later, awake and cannot sleep again. So I took my pill right away, it was after 10:30pm and I'd hoped It would take effect by midnight but wasn't even sleepy so I watched two movies and finally fell asleep after 2 and awake since 5
