#Journal of a slightly relaxed but tired Dutch AuDHD Pixy  (Saturday, 04/04/2026).

I had gone to bed a bit later, due to the visit of my sweet friends. So, I had changed my alarm, and I had gone to bed. It had not taken me too long to doze off. When I woke up again, it was just a few minutes before my original alarm time. I could have slept a bit longer, but somehow, my brain was wide awake, and ready to start the “day”. So, I got up. The scale was being annoying again, and I didn’t really understand… I had done my best with exercises, and not snacking too much. But, somehow, I still gained weight again…

I dressed and I took my meds. After I had packed my bag, I got ready to head to Skoosh, and we skedaddled to the gym. I enjoyed my protein shake while I checked up on the social bits and bops. Then, I got to the recumbent bike, and I rode it for 25 minutes. It was a bit too long, as my leg had started to tingle again. After a little bit, I got to the treadmill, and I walked it for 15 minutes. After a massage in the chair, I got ready to head back home again.

A wash-up, and change of clothes, and I got to the couch. I wrote my journal toot, and I worked on my blog for a while. I played a bit with AI to make some new images. I watched some TV, as I had started a re-watch of Scandal, after I’d finished the re-watch of How to get away with Murder. When I put away the laptop, I grabbed my Kobo and I read for a while. I was slowly getting closer to finishing the next book.

After some reading, I got the laptop again. I hooked up mum’s Kobo, and I worked a bit on adding and updating some bits. Hopefully, it will be working better now, as it had the same issues with showing the series of the books, like my Kobo had. As I had been able to fix it on my Kobo, I am hoping that now, I have fixed mum’s as well. After working with it for a while, I disconnected it, shut down the laptop, and I went out for a short walk.

When I got back, I went upstairs, and I cleaned up the dry laundry. I took it back downstairs, cleaned it up, and got back to the couch, where I read some more. I watched a bit of telly as well. I was just getting some food, when the neighbor texted be about earlier walkies with the big black 🖤 fluff. I quickly ate most of the noodles I had made, and then I headed out to find the big hairy love bug. I found them, and he got his snacks and cuddles.

When I got back, I watched some more telly, and then I got ready to head to bed. After two shorter nights, I was tired enough, so hoping for some good sleep. It didn’t take too long to doze off. I woke up twice for the loo, and when I woke up again, it was because the alarm was making noise. According to my watch, I got almost 8 hours of sleep, so not bad at all! I got up, grumbled at the scale as it was not being too friendly to me, and I got dressed to start my “day”.
