@sirmikester It's pretty nice. With the new safehouse stuff, you can even fix up the hole in the roof, though it's purely cosmetic.

Great zone for surviving long-term. Fishing hut right outside, tons of game, well connected to different regions. My only complaint is that it's a challenge to bring in salt for meat curing, and it's a good hub for exploring Ash Canyon and Blackrock, so you kinda want cured meat. Not that you can't do without it. :)
