One of the original guys for all of that was Tim Ferris. Dropshipping, passive income, catchy books, podcasts… but if you look beneath the hood even he doesn’t fully believe his hype, he just figures out how to tweak systems. Then others take the top layer model and boom, we’re all suffering.

I’m pleased I found your piece, it framed a lot of the concerns I’d not quite verbalised.
