Went to the Seattle Asian Art Museum with my girlfriend yesterday, and saw this guy absolutely dominating a tiny deer, in what appears to be the Haniwa funerary warrior version of "Tinder profile photo of me holding a fish".

@alice I'm incredibly amused that I first saw the photo and said "oh, I know that, it's a statue in the Seattle Asian Art Museum" and then saw who posted it and then your text.

@plutarch I love it! All the exhibits there were amazing, but there were a few that really grabbed me—and this was one.

@alice @plutarch That is a great museum! I was only able to go once, but found it thoroughly educational and a treat to the eyes.
