It includes $45 billion to build more jails, $47 billion to build a useless border wall, and $30 billion for ICE to hire more secret police agents.
It also spends $14 billion dollars on encouraging local police forces to work as proxies for ICE, which means that its a good time to try to defend sanctuary ordinances if your city has them.
