Friday (day late) #Workout:
22 minutes of yoga for runners.
30 minutes of strength training.
8 KM of #Walking (5°C, 98% humidity, and 10 KM/H wind).

Good yoga, tough strength, good stroll out in the world, and a busy day (and forgot to post the workout).

@WTL I've never really thought about using yoga as a way to prepare for running. I'll definitely give it a try.
@serenityfreaksout4 It's part of my warm up. When I get back in from my run, the only thing I want to do is shower, not more exercise. 🤣
