But I'd say “often”

It also depends on how you feel about it

So if someone watches every day, that's definitely very often....with a hint of dependence...

@si_irini my situation is complicated. Every time I've tried to write a post about it for guidance or advice from Internet strangers, it just sounds too weird so I delete it. My wife and therapist both support my habits.

It’s great that you have support

I think it’s really important how you feel about your habits
Habits can become a burden, either for yourself or for others. You should be mindful of that
What someone, at some point, labeled as normal or whatever doesn’t really matter at first
Habits can become things we have in common

I’ve asked some of the strangest questions here and am glad to often get answers
