After I wrote to them asking how to buy a spare pair of rechargeable batteries for my heated #motorcycle gloves, to double the distance I can travel with heated gloves in the winter, they sent me a pair of batteries for free. Sweet!

One of my heated gloves stopped working, and despite the fact that it was well outside of the U.S. warranty for the gloves, Alpinestars replaced the pair for just the cost of me shipping the broken pair back to them.
I will absolutely looking to this company first for #motorcycle gear in the future, given how solidly they stand behind their products.
