Does Congress really want these war crimes committed in the name of The United States?
Roy Brander🍁Nothing is stopping any member of Congress from just flatly threatening any military officer accepting orders to commit such plain war crimes will be prosecuted for that crime by the next administration.
The military believe themselves completely immune to consequences, after the torture report - understandably.
So they will ignore all the Geneva Conventions and Laws of War until their fear of the Law is established.
